Our Step By Step Process

Our first step includes a consult call where you can share your project vision and budget goals. 

We'll share how our business provides project support and insight into the buildings/services we offer.  

​We will discuss preliminary floor plan options along with a preliminary quote estimate.

If you're planning a Barndominium, we'll begin the collaborative process of designing a formal blueprint. We'll customize floor plan details for your needs and provide you with a 3D model display. This allows you to visualize your project and see what your vision could really look like.

If the project vision and preliminary quote align, we will proceed with the on-site evaluation. (For Barndominium homes, this includes soil testing).

 At the on-site visit, we will assess the build site to determine the necessary location, soil needs for the pad site, accessibility routes, and needed utility paths. This is required to finalize a formal quote.

This step requires a pre-construction deposit, which is applied towards your build cost, to ensure reserving your project timeline and covers the soil testing.

After agreement on the build design and formal quote, we'll go over the construction contract that aligns our commitment to you, including timelines and what to expect during the construction process. 

Our turnkey Barndos are generally allowed a 12-month build process, although with weather allowing, this could be completed sooner. We understand how important your build is to you which is why we are particular about our quality, suppliers, and materials. For our steel builds, completion can potentially be completed in under 8 weeks or sooner depending on project design. 

After construction is complete, we will schedule a final walk-through with you where we'll showcase your new build and discuss any final thoughts.  We will complete an exterior/interior cleanup for you, so your build is ready for use!
