Our Construction Process

The first step includes a consult call where you can share your project vision, construction needs, and budget goals. 

We'll share how our business provides project support and insight into the services we offer.

​If the vision and budget goals align, we will move into Phase 2.

If you're planning a Barndominium, we'll begin the collaborative process of designing a formal blueprint. We'll customize floor plan details for your needs and provide you with a 3D model display. This allows you to visualize your project and see what your vision could really look like.

Barndominiums require a pre-construction planning deposit, which is applied towards your total build cost. This phase provides you with an in-hand 3D blueprint, a detailed estimate invoice, and specific planning on utilities, design/interior selections, etc....

Our phase 3 process includes an on-site visit to evaluate the project location and area.

We will finalize the full scope of the project and move on to finalizing the construction agreement in a signed contract. 

Now we'll begin the construction phase 4. You will have a start date and placement on our build calendar. 

Our turnkey Barndos are generally allowed a 12-month build process, although with weather allowing, this could be completed sooner. We understand how important your build is to you which is why we are particular about our quality, suppliers, and materials. For our steel builds, completion can potentially be completed in under 8 weeks or sooner depending on project design. 

After construction is complete, we will schedule a final walk-through with you where we'll showcase your new construction project and discuss any final thoughts.
